As of 4E 168, the current ruling head of the Mede Dynasty is Titus Mede II. He was the one who ruled the Empire during the Great War, and was the one to sign off on the White-Gold Concordat. Many across the Empire blame him for the troubles that have faced the Empire, ranging from Thalmor death squads roaming the country, to economic downturn, to the overall degradation of the Empire to a glorified client state of Alinor. Titus is very aware of this, and laments the state of the Empire, and his inability to do anything about it.
