How do we know what factions are involved in the Seat of Sundered Kings?

Just wondering how we know which houses will be involved. I find it unlikely house Tharn would be involved given they don't appear in any of the mainstream games of the series.

I know this is a late answer, and the articles in question have been removed, but I'd like to explain myself anyway.

In short, the articles where here when I first discovered the wiki, but they were empty. I assumed these factions were confirmed by a dev, and I took the liberty of writing them.
