Perks[edit]
- Mystic Binding: Raises damage from 16 to 21.
- Soul Stealer: Killing an enemy within five seconds soul traps them.
- Oblivion Binding: Banishes summoned creatures and turns undead.
Notes[edit]
- Like Bound Mace, it cannot be purchased, only found on enemies once you reach a certain level.
