PyNifly is a Blender addon that allows import and export of .nif files directly into and from Blender. It is available on GitHub. Some information and documentation can be found on its wiki.
Import
Models can be imported with File > Import > Nif file with Nifly (.nif).
Export
Models can be imported with File > Export > Nif file with Nifly (.nif).
